Super fun piece made out of an off white clay body, with a design carved and wedged with color clay. No painting was done to achieve this illustration. The image was added to the planter while still in the midst of the throwing process, allowing for warping and distorting of the man.
Fully glazed on the outside, left raw on the inside to allow for moisture retention. One drain hole was added to the bottom of this piece to allow for ventilation and prevent root rot.
Stands at 7 inches tall, the opening on the top is 4 inches in diameter, and the planter is about 7.5 inches in diameter on its widest point.
