This vase was hand thrown using B-Mix, a white, smooth clay that was then covered with black clay. After the black clay dried on the surface, a rose was carved out, revealing the white clay underneath.
This is one of my favorite pieces I’ve made, and I would love to see a photo of it decorating your space.
Water tight and fully glazed, standing at 11 inches tall. 5 inches in diameter around the mouth of the vase, and about 8 inches in diameter on its widest spot.
